The Tri-Sport Performance program is designed for the amateur athlete who desires to compete and/or currently competes in Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, duathlons, and half-marathons. The design of this program covers the four key elements of efficient training; Endurance, Strength, Interval, and Race-Day peaking.
